Catherine Cloud


Catherine is a Strategy & Operations Consultant with Deloitte's federal practice based out of Arlington, VA. In this capacity, she currently supports federal clients in the national security sector in strategic planning, process improvement, strategic communications, organizational transformation and change management.

Prior to joining Deloitte, Catherine was at the Center for a New American Security, a bipartisan national security and defense policy think tank in Washington, D.C., for over 5 years.  Most recently, she was the Director of Business Development, working with the Center's executive team to manage the organization's partnerships, fundraising and donor outreach.   Catherine holds an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and a B.A. in International Studies and French Language and Literature from the University of the Pacific.  An International Relations and Global Studies major with a second major in French, Catherine studied abroad in France and Germany. She attended the Naval Academy Foreign Affairs Conference and is both a Powell Scholar and a recipient of the University's Jan Good Award. A graduate of Pacific's Honor's program, Catherine holds memberships in Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, Pi Sigma Alpha and Pi Delta Phi.
