Logo Use

All School and University print and electronic communications, apparel and promotions are required to use the graphic standards, designs and colors described in the University identity system (which can be found here: bit.ly/PacificLogoStandards). To ensure uniformity, all reproductions must use original artwork and colors must be carefully matched. The University's seal and wordmarks, including Athletics wordmarks and logos (Powercat), are property of the University of the Pacific and may only be used by permission of the University. The identity program is administered within the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences by the Office of External Relations.

IMPORTANT: Policies and procedures regarding the use of the University seal have changed. The seal is reserved for Presidential documents, formal programs and official University documents such as a diploma.

All logo use must be approved prior to each use.

Proofs of all artwork (including colors of apparel) must be submitted at least three business days in advance.

Submit Logo Use for Review

Step 1) Review the School's Guidelines for Logo Use and Marketing/Promotion Services.

Step 2) Download the official University logos.

Note: Use of the athletics logo (Powercat) must be approved by Athletics in addition to our standard review. This can take up to two weeks, please submit your artwork well ahead of time. The University of the Pacific intercollegiate athletics program licenses sport-specific logos and wordmarks through the Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC).

Step 3) Check that your logo use follow the University's Identify Standards Manual.

Step 4) If this is for an IPPE event, you must first get your Outreach Event Approval Form Part One approved by the Office of Professional Programs.

Note: Due to printing costs, it is recommended that for printed marketing materials you create a design that can easily be printed in either black and white or color.

Step 5) Submit the appropriate form for logo use:
