Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership

The organizational leadership degree completion program aims to help students develop a basic understanding of the theories of leadership  and how to best implement changes in order to guide successful organizations. Courses cover topics such as communication, public relations, conflict management, social psychology and leadership development.

Graduates of the Organizational Leadership program develop effective communication, critical thinking, ethical reasoning and leadership skills that are broadly applicable in a wide range of careers and industries. Most graduates pursue managerial, executive and administrative positions in the private or public sector.  Many of our working students use their degree to move up in their current organizations to positions with more responsibility and higher salaries.

How It Works

  • Courses are offered in the evening, making it easier for working students to complete their undergraduate education while working full-time.
  • The hybrid format allows for flexibility in offering some content online to best meet the needs and constraints of our students.
  • Finish in as few as 20 months in an accelerated, year-round, format.
  • Courses are on an 8-week term with the same cohort of classmates.
  • There is a special reduced tuition for this program.

Who Should Apply

  • Working adult students looking to finish their bachelor degree.
  • New students will ideally have at least 66 units of college coursework before entering the program.
  • Students with fewer units may be admitted with the understanding that they will need to take additional courses beyond those required by the Organizational Leadership degree program to complete their graduation requirements.
  • This program is not open to current Pacific students.
