    Accessing Pacific E-Mail

    You should continue using the e-mail account you were provided when you initially enrolled.

    New Transcripts

    Send to: University of the Pacific, Office of Admission, 3601 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, CA 95211.

    • Pacific requires an official transcript by July 1, 2019  from each school you attended.  You are required to submit new transcripts of coursework taken outside of Pacific that have not yet been sent and recorded on your Inside Pacific transcript.  If you are attending summer 2019 classes outside of Pacific, you will need to arrange for a transcript to be sent as soon as available, but no later than August 15, 2019. We must have a grade for all pre-requisite classes prior to orientation.
    • If you are using credit by exam (AP, IB, CLEP) to fulfill a pre-requisite and official scores have not been sent, you need to have them sent by July 1, 2019.

    Intern Licensure

    • Admitted students are required to carefully read the 'Intern Pharmacist Application Instructions.' If any of the questions asked in the application requiring a mandatory answer are a cause for concern, you must directly contact the CA State Board of Pharmacy for guidance.  Students are expected to meet the requirements for intern licensure during the first semester of the curriculum. Please wait for instructions to be sent from the Office of Professional Programs in June/July.

    Social Security Number

    • In order to apply for your intern license, you will be required to have a social security number.  If you do not have one, please begin the process to obtain this number so that you will be eligible for your license.  Students are expected to have their pharmacy internship paperwork completed before they arrive on campus.

    Financial Aid

    Look for your financial aid award to be sent to you from the Office of Financial Aid in late spring.

    • On-line registration will take place in June. Please complete your course registration within the time period sent to you in order to hold your place in this entering class.  Instructions and information will be sent by the School's Office of Academic Affairs at least two weeks prior.

    New Student Orientation
