This technology-rich, collaborative space brings the students, faculty and staff from all different disciplines together to incorporate digital tools into their research, teaching and learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With high-tech equipment and guidance from experienced Cube staff members, there are almost unlimited possibilities to what you can create at the Cube. Here is a preview of some the tools you can use at the Cube to bring your next project to life:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3D printers, scanners and design software<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data visualization tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High-quality 4k and 360 cameras and drones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Microphones and other audio recording equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sewing machines and supplies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Virtual and augmented reality software and tools<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vinyl and sticker printing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Check out some <a href=\"https:\/\/scholarlycommons.pacific.edu\/cube\/\">recent projects created at the Cube<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Receive free tutoring and academic support<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re struggling in any of your classes or just want some extra academic support, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacific.edu\/university-libraries\/services\/student-academic-support-services-hub\">Student Academic Support Services Hub<\/a> has your back. These services are completely free and unlimited for all current Pacific students. These robust resources include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Research consultations \u2013 <\/strong>Get support from an academic support librarian through each step of your research process, from choosing a topic to navigating web resources to managing and citing your sources. <a href=\"https:\/\/libguides.lib.pacific.edu\/contactalibrarian\">You can contact a librarian.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>General Academic Tutoring Center \u2013 <\/strong>Also known on campus as the GATC, this free service is open to all undergraduate students on the Stockton campus and offers tutoring across subject areas. GATC tutors are Pacific students who have excelled in their courses and have been recommended by a faculty member, so you\u2019ll be in good hands! <a href=\"https:\/\/pacific.mywconline.com\/\">You can schedule a tutoring appointment.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Math and Bio Hub \u2013 <\/strong>For tutoring specifically in lower-division math and biology courses, you can drop-in for an appointment at the Math and Bio Hub. <a href=\"https:\/\/pacific.mywconline.com\/\">See the current schedule.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Writing Center \u2013 <\/strong>The Writing Center is an inviting, non-judgemental space where you can access support at each stage of the writing process for assignments in any discipline. You can find the Printing Station in what we call the \u201cLibrary\u2019s Living Room\u201d on the first floor\u2019s east wall. The Printing Station has everything you need to get your assignments ready to turn in, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Two color printers and two black\/white printers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Staplers, paper cutter, tape and scratch paper<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>USB printing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copy via color printers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scan to PDF or email via color printers for free<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacific.edu\/university-libraries\/services\/print-copy-and-scan\">Learn more about using the Printing Station.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Visit Community Spaces on the second floor<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Rainbow Reading Resource and Study Room features a leisure reading collection of LGBTQ+ award-winning literature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Multi-Faith Meditation and Prayer Area provides a quiet space for campus community members of all faiths to pray, reflect, and meditate. The materials are presented to inspire visitors to examine his writing and consider the full context of when, where, and why he made his observations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacific.edu\/university-libraries\/find\/holt-atherton-special-collections\/muirexperience\">Learn more about the Muir Experience<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Access over a million books and other materials<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>And of course, the library has books (and articles, documents videos, music and so much more)! These resources can all be found using <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacific.edu\/university-libraries\">PacificScholar<\/a>, the library\u2019s search interface. Course reservations offer some select textbooks for checkout to students.
