The palm tree-adorned neighborhood is home to\u00a0more than\u00a0150 retail, dining, service and professional businesses. Markets and events are hosted year-round for the Stockton community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I spent&nbsp;a&nbsp;day on the Mile, walking around and exploring eateries and shops. It was the perfect one-stop spot to study, indulge in retail therapy and grab a bite to eat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are the stores I visited, but I recommend exploring the strip yourself to support local and find your favorites. Be on the lookout\u2014some merchants even <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pacific.edu\/blog\/2022\/09\/12\/use-your-pacificcard-for-a-discount-at-these-must-check-out-miracle-mile-spots\/\">offer\u00a0discounts\u00a0for PacificCard users<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p><strong>First stop:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.yelp.com\/biz\/house-of-shaw-caf%C3%A9-and-bakery-stockton\">House of Shaw Caf\u00e9 &amp; Bakery<\/a><\/strong>, 227 Dorris Place<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fresh pastries and Taylor Swift on the radio&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;sign me up! My&nbsp;Americano&nbsp;and warm strawberry muffin fueled me for an intense study session.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Second stop:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thelushstudio.com\/\">The Lush Studio<\/a><\/strong>, 2218 Pacific\u00a0Ave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Are we in Stockton or a tropical oasis? The aesthetic is perfect for pictures, and they have a variety of plants for all levels of plant parents. I purchased a snake plant, perfect for newbies like me!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Third stop:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/bellissima_boutique_stockton\/?hl=en\">Bellissima Boutique<\/a><\/strong>, 2230 Pacific\u00a0Ave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From jewelry to dresses to sandals, there is much to explore and many racks to sift through at this fashion lover\u2019s dream. I loved their earring section,&nbsp;and everything was reasonably priced!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Fourth stop:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/hiddengem.stockton\/\">Hidden Gem<\/a><\/strong>, 2110 Pacific\u00a0Ave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A true hidden gem right next to Gian\u2019s, the shop is&nbsp;the&nbsp;perfect&nbsp;place&nbsp;to find a gift for a friend or yourself. They feature items from&nbsp;more than&nbsp;30 small businesses,&nbsp;and their pink interior is just too cute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Final stop:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.giansdeli.com\/lunch-menu\/\">Gian\u2019s Delicatessen<\/a><\/strong>, 2112 Pacific\u00a0Ave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nostalgic and homey. We finished the day with a #9 signature sandwich and cherry-lime Italian soda whipped up by owner and son of the O.G. Gian, Jeffrey Bolognini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Miracle Mile is full of so many gems, and I hope you have a chance to check them out yourself.
