BIOGRAPHY

The Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) Clinic Operations Manager oversees the Front Office Administrative team, and is one of the first points of contact for students calling and coming into CAPS on both the Sacramento and Stockton campuses. 

Jo manages the daily schedule for our therapists, provides administrative assistance to the leadership team, and assists with all major CAPS projects, such as maintaining our APA Accredited Internship, our annual intern selection, and outreach/programming that is conducted by CAPS staff. Jo has over 14 years of experience as a business owner, and over 20 years of experience as an office manager/coordinator.
