Student Accounts

Welcome Pacific Tigers!

We are excited to be a part of your educational journey at Pacific. The mission of the Student Accounts Office is to support and advise our students in understanding their financial obligations to Pacific with the patience and effective communication that will encourage their development into financially responsible adults. We interact daily with students, parents, faculty, staff and administrators along with outside agencies either in person, by phone, fax or email and provide assistance with questions regarding billing charges.

What does that mean? It means that we are here to help you with your questions regarding your student account. Come visit us in our office on the first floor of the Finance Center, give us a call at (209) 946-2517 or email us at studentaccounts@pacific.edu.

We look forward to your success as a Pacific Tiger!

COVID 19 UPDATE           3-23-20
Our Student Accounts office team will be working remotely effective Monday, March 23rd. We will be answering telephones during our business hours of Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm except (Thursday, closed from 8:30 am - 9:30 am) . Please note there may be delays due to an increase in call volume. You can also contact us via email at: studentaccounts@pacific.edu if you have difficulty reaching our office by phone. We will respond to you as soon as we can. We thank you for your patience during this unprecedented situation.

Please ensure you stay informed by checking the University's website.

The University of Pacific faculty, staff, and Board of Regents are very concerned about our students - current, future, and past - during and after this public health emergency. To that end, the Board met (via the Internet) recently to consider offering refunds to current students. It was decided that a prorated refund of housing, dining, and parking charges would be given with the option of applying the refund to charges in future terms. Because all classes are now being presented virtually - on-line, housing, dining and parking services have been discontinued for the remainder of the term and are thus being refunded and student services and course fees remain in place and will not be refunded in order to support on-going classes.
