Services offered on our Sacramento Campus

The Sacramento campus is currently staffed by Dr. Dale Brody. She has been offering services on the Sacramento campus for a number of years and is well versed in handling the unique issues and concerns that impact the Sacramento students. Students are often seen in a brief therapy model for anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, substance abuse, and more.

Entrance to CAPS Sacramento Office

The therapy office is located in Halbert Hall ( 3257 Fifth Avenue, Sacramento). CAPS will be operating remotely for the remainder of the Spring 2020 semester. Please call 209.946.2315 x2 for specific questions related to hours and services offered on the Sacramento campus.

To be eligible for therapy, you must be a current student. For couple's therapy, only one person must be a registered student. Counseling and Psychological Services does not bill your health insurance plan. All services are paid for by the Wellness Fee charged by the university to all students. Appointments that are scheduled and either missed (e.g., "no-show") or canceled without 24 hours notice will be charged a no-show/late cancelation fee.

Students who are not registered in a current summer term but are registered for the fall term may attend sessions for a small fee. Non-student partners in couple's therapy also are required to pay a per session fee.

See this page for additional options including accessing self-guided online therapy, crisis text or phone lines, and LiveHealthOnline.

To schedule an outreach on the Sacramento campus please contact the CAPS outreach coordinator, Dr. Pamela Wrona at pwrona@pacific.edu.
