Diploma & Hooding Ceremony

1:00 P.M. in Alex G. Spanos Center on May 11, 2019

Graduates and Faculty will assemble at 12:00 P.M.

Please refrain from bringing any air horns, noise makers, balloons or whistles to any Commencement day ceremonies.

We encourage all graduating students and their families to attend the Commencement at 9:00 A.M. on Saturday, May 11th, to honor all of our graduates.  Please do wear your cap and gown and march with the faculty from the School of International Studies at Commencement on Saturday.

As you can imagine, there are many tasks in preparation for graduation.  Here are a few important items for your consideration.

After Graduation
Once graduation is complete, there are still items that may need your attention, or that of the graduate.  For additional information, please visit the links below.

When does diploma arrive?
Diplomas are mailed to the address specified on the Application for Graduation, 3 to 4 months after the semester in which you graduate. If your address changes, it is your responsibility to inform the Office of the Registrar of this change. Returned diplomas will be kept on file five years and then destroyed. There is a fee for a replacement diploma borne by the graduate.
