Furnishings: The residence halls are fully furnished with twin XL beds (adjustable height), wardrobes/closets, dressers, desks with drawers, and desk chairs.
Laundry: As part of your housing rate, you are provided Tiger Wash credits to do laundry on campus. Each residence hall has a laundry room.
Meal Plan: Students in the first-year communities are required to have a minimum of a 15 Plan. Students are able to increase to the 19 Plan or 21 Plan.
Community Options: First-year students are commonly placed in both the newly renovated Quad and Grace Covell Hall communities but can choose any housing option as a preference. Below you will find more information about Grace Covell Hall and the Quad communities.
Grace Covell Hall is the largest residence hall accommodating 307 students. It is centrally located on campus near the Eberhardt School of Business, the McCaffrey Center, the library, and the Conservatory of Music.
All rooms are designed as double occupancy.
All furniture can be rearranged so that you and your roommate can make the space your own.
The Quad is a group of 10 small residential communities located near the College of the Pacific, Benard School of Education, Baun Fitness Center, School of International Studies, South Campus, and the athletic facilities.

Residential Learning Communities
International House: Located in Casa Jackson. This community serves international and domestic students with focused programming around internationalism. This building includes a community kitchen and dedicated sacred spaces.
Honors Community: Located in John Ballantyne. This community serves first-year students who were invited and accepted in Pacific's Honors Program. This community also includes offices for the Honors Program professional staff.
Health and Well-Being Community: Located in Ritter House. This housing experience will provide housing for first-year students who are interested in their personal health and well-being within the 8 dimensions of wellness: physical, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, environmental, financial, occupational, and social.
