Residence Hall accommodations

Furnishings: All residence halls are fully furnished with twin XL beds (adjustable height), wardrobes/closets, dressers, desks with drawers, and desk chairs. 
 
Laundry: As part of your housing rate, you are provided Tiger Wash credits to do laundry on campus. Each community has laundry rooms.
 
Meal Plan:
Students in the residence halls are required to have a minimum of a 15 Plan meal plan. Students are able to increase their plan to the 19 Plan or 21 Plan.

Grace Covell

The recently renovated Grace Covell is the largest residence hall on campus with spacious rooms designed for double occupancy. Its central location puts it within short walking distance of dining facilities, classrooms and the library.

The Quad Communities

The Quads are made up of 10 small residential communities with single and double occupancy. The Quads include diverse Living Learning Communities, gender-inclusive housing and are located near several educational departments and athletic facilities.

Living Learning Communities

The Living Learning Communities program supports new and transfer students as they transition to life at Pacific. Students have the opportunity of engaging in programs and activities in diverse communities that help them grow and succeed while collaborating with like-minded individuals.
