The Quad Community
Carter House, Casa Jackson, Casa Werner, Eiselen House, Farley House, John Ballantyne, Jessie Ballantyne, Price House, Ritter House, Wemyss House

The Quad is a group of ten small residential communities located near the College of the Pacific, Benerd School of Education, Baun Fitness Center, School of International Studies, South Campus, and Athletic Facilities. Approximately 660 first year students live in these three story buildings each housing approximately 55 to 95 residents. Buildings are co-ed with single gender floors and bathrooms. In addition, all communities feature central heat and air conditioning.  Within the Quad Community, we have a few defined communities:

Honors Residential Learning Community (John Balllantyne Hall): Community to serve first year students who were invited and accepted in Pacific's Honors Program. This building includes offices for the Honors Program profesional staff.
International House (Casa Jackson): Community for international and domestic students wanting to focus programming around internationalism. This building includes a Community Kitchen and dedicated sacred spaces.
Intercultural Living Community (Price House): Community to foster student identity development, intercultural dialogue, and cultural exchange to advance student success and community engagement.

SouthWest Hall
Southwest Hall is the second largest residence hall on-campus, housing 248 first year students. Southwest Hall is located near the School of Engineering and Computer Science, College of the Pacific, the Conservatory of Music, and the library.

SouthWest Hall is also home to the Humanities Residential Learning Community. A section of SouthWest Hall will house first year arts and humanities students who are not part of the Humanities Scholar program. This group will have meaningful programs and activities with an arts/humanites focus.
