Have you signed up for electronic W-2 forms?

If you have not already signed up for the Electronic W-2 tax form, you may do so through insidePacific. If you prefer a paper copy, it will be mailed to the address listed on your pay stub by Jan. 31, 2015. 

The Payroll Department encourages you to forego the paper copy of Form W-2 and receive your Form W-2 in a printable electronic only format. Since your Form W-2 contains your entire social security number and is sent through the mail, foregoing the paper copy reduces the possibility of identity theft or the inconvenience of potential mail delays. 

Sign up by completing a consent form in the Employee Self Service section of the InsidePacific website.  To access insidePacific directly click hereAfter you enter your secure access login, click on the Administrative tab and then Administrative Services. On the next screen, click Employee, and then click "Tax Information, then click "Electronic W-2 Consent."

Once you have consented to receiving Forms W-2 electronically the Payroll Department will send an email notification when they are available. You can then return to insidePacific to print your statement and attach it to a Federal, State, or local income tax return.

Note: If you have elected to to receive your W-2 electronically last year, you will not need to do so again.

If you choose not to receive the electronic W-2 tax form, it will be mailed to the mailing address on file by January 31, 2015. If your mailing address has changed in the past year, please contact Human Resources or download the address change form and turn it in to Human Resources as soon as possible to ensure your address is updated before the W-2s are mailed.

The last day to make changes or sign up for electronic W-2s will be Jan. 13, 2015.
