Deadline to update 2013 W-2 mailing information or sign up for electronic W-2
The deadline to update your mailing address for the 2013 W-2 form or to sign up for an electronic W-2 is Jan. 13, 2014.
For mailed W-2s: If you have changed your mailing address during the calendar year and have not notified Human Resources, please contact your campus Human Resources office to be sure your mailing information is accurate.
If you would like to receive your W-2 electronically, and have not already done so, you may sign up for the electronic W-2 through InsidePacific under the Administrative Services section of the Administrative tab. (If you have signed up for the electronic W-2 form previously, you do not need to sign up again)
