Student success early alert system demonstrations

Mar 17, 2015

The Early Alert Initiative was identified by the University as a top strategic priority. Early Alert is a systematic process, supported by a software tool, to identify students at critical points in time to provide appropriate interventions in order to improve student achievement, retention and graduation rates.

Pacific is in the process of selecting an early alert tool that best matches our operational needs and integrates with existing University systems. The Pacific community is invited to participate in the final evaluation of our top four early alert product tools.

Demos will be held Mondays, 10-10:45 a.m. in The DeRosa University Center, Room 211.  The schedule is as follows:

o   March 23 - Starfish Demo

o   March 30 - Symplicity Demo

o   April 6 - MapWorks Demo

o   April 13 - CRM/APEX IT Demo

For those who are unable to attend the demos, vendor materials and the feedback form will be available on the Early Alert SharePoint site: https://share.pacific.edu/sites/EAA/

If you have any questions, please contact Lou Matz at mailto:lmatz@pacific.edu or Elisa Anders at eanders@pacific.edu.
