Your help needed on Pacific Technology Customer Satisfaction Survey

Pacific Technology is asking for feedback to improve how we plan, support and utilize technology at Pacific. 

Please take a few minutes to complete Pacific Technology's customer satisfaction survey.

The survey should only take about 10 minutes and will be available Oct. 23 through Nov. 10. It covers all aspects of technology at Pacific, including wireless access, personal device support, online learning, classroom media and other technology tools and services. 

We are looking for thoughtful and candid feedback that we can use to:  

  1. Better understand our customers' technology needs 
  2. Track satisfaction levels with current technology services and support provided by the university
  3. Prioritize improvement opportunities (short-term and long-term)
  4. Increase transparency in action for improvement and communication 

A few things to know about the survey:  

  • The online survey should take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
  • You can take the survey on any device.
  • All responses will remain strictly anonymous. Although results won't be personally identifiable, we will be asking for school/department information to ensure that the entire university community is represented. 
  • Once the data is collected and aggregated, the results will be shared with the entire university.
  • The Technology Division will meet with groups, such as the Information Strategy and Policy Committee, to discuss plans to improve our strategy and performance and address any areas of opportunity.
