Kimberly LaRocca is the new programming manager in the Department of Dental Practice in Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.

Leonard Libres has transferred to the position of records coordinator II in the Office of the Registrar.

Patricia Lopez is a new diversity coordinator in the School of Engineering and Computer Science.

Elena Marciano is the new front desk administrative assistant II in the Office of the Registrar.

Jennifer Maroney has transferred to the position of business manager in University College.

Karen Miller, formerly in the Office of Planning and Institutional Research, has been hired in the position of program coordinator for the Westgate Center and the Institute for Family Business in the Eberhardt School of Business.

Chad Reed, formerly the director of the Military and Veteran's Resource Center, has been hired in the position of financial aid analyst in the Office of Financial Aid. 

Melissa Riley was promoted to business supervisor in the Conservatory of Music.

Jeffrey Ross was promoted to project manager in the Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

James Stack has transferred to the position of administrative assistant II in the School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.

Office of the President

Candice Adams was promoted to associate director of admission, diversity programs, in the Office of Admission.

Scott Hoback is the new senior assistant director of admission, regional representative - Southern California, in the Office of Admission.

Maria Hurtado is a new financial aid specialist in Financial Aid.

Hervey Malone II is the new senior assistant director of admission, regional representative - Southern California, in the Office of Admission.

Business and Finance

Michael Estay is a new custodian group I in Support Services.

Jonel Imutan is a new public safety dispatcher in Public Safety.

Ruben Pastrana was promoted to janitor supervisor in Buildings and Grounds on the Sacramento Campus.

Tina Robinson is the new Human Resources recruiter.

Enoch Thao is a new custodian, group I, in Support Services.

Rui Vieira has transferred to the position of groundskeeper II in Support Services.

Elizabeth Bacon was promoted to director of campaign operation.

Maryela Fiscal, director of admissions, stepped in to serve as interim managing director during the search for Sine's replacement. She has since accepted the full-time position of student services director, and the search for a new director of admissions is underway.

Search underway for Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs

The search for a new Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs is underway and being chaired by Julie Davies, Professor of Law at McGeorge School of Law. The job description is now posted in People Admin and open for internal and external applications until filled. The Provost encourages members of the Academic Division to review the job description and consider applying for the position. She hopes to make an appointment prior to the end of the spring term ... More  

Dean of the Eberhardt School of Business

The fourth candidate for Dean of the Eberhardt School of Business will visit the university Wednesday, Feb. 14 and present in an open forum. All of the candidates' CVs are available on the search website (Pacific login required)  along with feedback surveys. This search is chaired by Steve Howell, Dean of the School of Engineering and Computer Science.
