Admission
If you would like more information, complete the PROSPECTIVE STUDENT INQUIRY FORM.
To be admitted to Conservatory of Music undergraduate programs, you must also be admitted to the University of the Pacific.
The admission process for the Conservatory of Music is fairly simple. All prospective Conservatory students are required to audition on an instrument or voice as part of the application process. Each year we listen to 300 students audition for approximately 55 spots in our incoming class. At campus auditions, we offer sessions for students and families on topics such as financial aid, careers in music, and courses of study. Prospective students also have many questions and we want to provide the information necessary to make this life-changing decision.
Take a look at our YouTube channel, where you will see Conservatory students and faculty describing the Pacific experience. Students also give tips on how to prepare for the audition. We are a nurturing environment and we want you to do your best!
