Pacific Premier Counselor Fly-In

Tentative 2018 Pacific Premier Schedule


We're pleased that you're interested in joining us for the Pacific Premier Counselor Fly-In Program. This exclusive event is a special opportunity to immerse yourself in the University of the Pacific experience. 

You can reserve your spot by signing up via the RSVP link below and providing a $50 deposit by August 1, 2017. If you cannot pay by credit card, you can call us and arrange to send a check.

We will update this page with additional information and a detailed itinerary as the event approaches. The University will cover the travel expenses for our Pacific Premier guests, including single room hotel accommodations, meals, snacks and beverages. If you are traveling by air, Pacific will book your flights (and cover the cost of one checked bag) and arrange ground transportation to and from the Sacramento Airport. If you're driving, we will reimburse your mileage at the IRS rate (currently $.545 per mile). Pacific will not cover the cost of ground transportation and airport parking to/from your home airport.

We plan to have all flights arrive before 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 5.  If you are traveling from a significant distance (Hawaii or a location outside the U.S.), we will offer overnight accommodations on Tuesday as well to account for the additional travel time. The program will conclude on Friday at noon.
