Confirmed Students Design Contest

Who can participate?  

All Fall 2022 University of the Pacific confirmed students are eligible to participate.  

Design Guidelines:  

• Your design should be inspired by Powercat, University of the Pacific, the Stockton campus, etc.  

• Submit as many designs as you want, but they must be submitted as separate entries.  

• Your design must be original. By submitting a design, you guarantee that you hold rights to everything in it and that it does not contain any copyrighted material, including images/copy found on the internet, unless clearly marked as published under a creative commons (cc) license.  

• No printed or hand-drawn designs will be accepted.  

Design Specifications:  

• Design submission should be saved as a HIGH RES to produce quality output. Acceptable files are JPGs or PNG.  

• If you win, you must provide the original design in a high-resolution format compatible with Photoshop, Illustrator, or another professional design program.  

• 1500x1500 px  

Submission Guidelines and Agreement:  

• All entries should be submitted to uopadmission@gmail.com with your contact information. Please make the subject line: design competition.  

• The contest begins on July 7, 2022.  

• Deadline: You must submit your design by 11:59 PM PST on July 22, 2022.  

• The enrollment marketing staff will judge entries, and the top 5 designs will be voted on by your incoming fall 2022 peers.  

• The winner will be notified via email.

  *Please note that we reserve the right to adjust the winning design.  

Designs will be judged on the following criteria:  

• Concept/originality  

• Captures the spirit of what is a Tiger  

• Striking and memorable design  

• Completeness of design – must be ready for print
