A Santa Rosa native, Dr. Jacqui Payne has lived in the community her whole life, except while away at school.
She attended Georgetown University, where she completed a Bachelor of Science in human science. She obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, and graduated as a member of Tau Kappa Omega Honors Society. Continuing at the Dugoni School, Dr. Payne completed her orthodontic residency and received her orthodontic certificate and Master of Science.
