Cybersecurity Online Master of Science

The admission process involves a holistic review of each applicant’s background and experiences. The following are required for admission:

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Official university transcripts
  • 2.65/4.0 GPA on the last 60 units of undergraduate study 
  • Educational qualifications and/or industry experience that provide knowledge of computer programming and data structures
  • Two letters of recommendation

Students who complete the Secure Software Systems certificate will gain an understanding of the fundamental principles of cybersecurity, vulnerabilities, and software reverse engineering. Courses include:

Certificate in Cyber Defense and Offense

Students who complete the Cyber Defense and Offense certificate will gain an understanding of the fundamental principles of cybersecurity, cyber defense, and networking. Course include:

  • Cybersecurity Bootcamp*
  • Advanced System Administration and Security
  • Advanced Computer Networking
  • Cyber Defense and Offense

*Students with a background in computer science or computer engineering may test out of the bootcamp course, reducing the length and cost of the certificate programs.
