Expert users engineer prompts suited to their purposes, assess and revise the outputs of AI tools, navigate potential biases in the tool’s training data, and make thoughtful choices about what kinds of tasks different AI tools are best suited for. This workshop will introduce ways of incorporating structured experimentation and reflection on AI use into your assignments to help students develop skills like these.
