Come out to celebrate Earth Day with Pacific Recreation at this special Earth-based Yoga class, led by Deanna.

 

We serve each other, all beings, and our home, Planet Earth, by honoring and connecting within nature: we are moved to protect the things we fall in love with. Practicing Yoga outdoors, in nature, is the traditional and “original” form for the practice. Feeling the soft Earth underneath and the fresh air on the skin, smelling the scents and hearing the sounds of nature with the infinite sky beyond, opens the opportunity for being fully alive and free in your body.

 

Bring friends and your yoga mat (we will also provide yoga mats for those who don't have them). Also, bring a sweatshirt or sweater.
