Student Success - Bias in the Classroom Seminar

Join VPDEI Lomax-Ghirarduzzi for a hands-on seminar sharing theoretical foundations and promising practices for reflecting upon mitigating implicit bias in an instructional setting. Discuss how unconscious bias behavior forms over time and learn how culturally responsive instructional methods support student success. This is an introduction to disrupting unconscious bias in the classroom and dialogue opportunities that will occur over the coming academic year.
