A highly successful Tiger Day

A highly successful Tiger Day

University of the Pacific welcomed 600 admitted students and family members to Tiger Day Feb. 22 for an action-packed, informative look at Pacific and its programs. Tiger Day is the first of many activities that provide the university the opportunity to showcase all that makes Pacific a great place. It is a kick-off to spring enrollment yield activities, many of which are now more frequent, robust and engaging as part of the university’s concentrated effort to improve yield of admitted students to confirm at Pacific.

Thank you to all the staff, faculty and students who participated in Tiger Day. They took time on their Saturday to showcase Pacific’s academic programs, people and services, the campus communities and activities, and share student outcomes. The faculty and deans from schools and the Colleges and staff from Student Life, the Facilities team, Admission and Financial Aid and our outstanding student ambassadors worked tirelessly to ensure the students and guests had an exceptional visit. The personal attention that each person provided makes a lasting impression and helps convey the benefits of a Pacific education. Thank you for your time and commitment!

We all play a role in attracting new students to Pacific and helping them see themselves as members of our community. You can help by saying hello or introducing yourself to visiting students and families when you see them on campus.

You can also share with your friends and family the difference a Pacific education makes in the lives of our graduates, and tell us your stories of students, alumni and colleagues so that we can share them with others.
