Dear graduate,

On Monday night, we were informed that overnight shipping of orders was in process. The company confirmed that orders will be sent immediately and prior to our graduation ceremonies.

We will be flexible about the regalia that students wear on the day of events. Academic hoods are particularly impacted. Students who do not have a hood on the day of their diploma and hooding event can still walk across the stage and participate in the event.

Gowns, tassels and caps are not impacted and are available through our bookstores.

Students who have not received graduation regalia in time for the ceremonies should contact Herff Jones directly for refund information. And, if you have yet to receive your order, please let us know so that we can see what additional ways we can support you.

While regalia may be a stressor, we are looking forward to celebrating with you in the coming days.
