WSCUC reaccreditation site visit update and next steps

University of the Pacific is hosting a site visit by the WASC Senior College and University Commission (WSCUC) March 5-7 on the Stockton Campus in connection with its accreditation. Members of the accreditation team also visited the San Francisco Campus Jan. 31 and the Sacramento Campus Feb. 13.

During the Stockton visit in March, the WSCUC team will hold open meetings in the DeRosa University Center Ballroom with students, staff and faculty to provide an opportunity for informal input from all members of the campus community about their experiences with the institution:

WSCUC understands that not everyone who may wish to participate can attend these meetings and has, therefore, established a confidential email account (available at the WSCUC 2018-2019 Reaccreditation Process SharePoint site) to give everyone the opportunity to communicate with the team. The account will close March 7, 2019, at noon.

On March 5 and 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., there will be a Discovering Pacific Gallery in the DeRosa University Center showcasing social, academic, and community engagement at Pacific.

On March 7, from 11:30 a.m. to noon, the accreditation team will hold an exit meeting with the university community where they will report their commendations and recommendations. The session will be broadcast the San Francisco Campus in Dorfman 113 and Sacramento Campus in S4-S5 Combo Class.
