APID Baking Session
Celebrate Filipino American History Month with the Center for Identity and Inclusion by learning how to make suman (a rice cake originating in the Philippines)! The demo will be led by Annika-Mie L. Racadio, the pastry chef and owner of Nika's Mad Sweets in Stockton!
Join us on Tuesday, October 3rd at 1:30 PM in the Pacific Kitchen Co-op in Calaveras Hall. Registration is required, so please complete the linked form to secure your spot.
Space is limited and participants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Please aim to submit your response by no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, Sept. 29th.
