Real Talk | Mental Health in the APID Community
Real Talk is a space for members of the Asian, Pacific Islander and Desi (APID) community to come together and engage in honest dialogue around a variety of topics that influence our lived experiences.
This week, we will be partnering with CAPS to focus on discussing the stigma around seeking mental health support in APID cultures and providing practical takeaways for how to manage your mental health during finals and other stressful situations.
