Interested in learning about how wine is made at the different levels of production? Join the Wine Law Society and Business Law Society for a wine-tasting event on October 28 that will showcase the wine making process at two different sized wineries! The excursion will begin at E. & J. Gallo Winery in Modesto, California, where participants will get to tour one of the world's largest and oldest wineries. A presentation will then be given by a member of Gallo's general counsel who will speak on law in the alcohol industry. Participants will then travel to Fields Family Winery in Lodi, California, where they will have the opportunity to partake in a tasting and learn about the business of boutique wine, including production and marketing.
