Employee COVID-19 vaccination information deadline extended

Dear Stockton and Sacramento faculty and staff,

I want to thank those of you who provided us your vaccination status last week. We had a good response to our request for this critical information, but believe that we are still seeing underreporting.

Our return to campus plans are predicated on the percentage of the Pacific community that is vaccinated. Thus, reporting is essential to our return to a full range of activities and services that are foundational to our students’ success.

Pacific requires that those who have been fully vaccinated somewhere other than one of our vaccination clinics to upload a scan or image of your completed vaccination card to our secure portal. If you were unable to do so last week, please upload as soon as possible, but no later than 5 p.m. Friday, June 18.

If you were vaccinated at one of Pacific’s COVID-19 vaccination clinics, we already have your information and you do not need to do anything further.

If you have not yet been vaccinated, we encourage you to do so for your health and the health of our community. Pacific is offering additional clinics on its Sacramento Campus (starting next Tuesday, June 22) and continues to host clinics on its Stockton Campus (the next one is June 26). Visit California's My Turn website for an appointment or information or email COVID-19_information@pacific.edu
