Employee COVID-19 vaccination information deadline today

Dear Pacific faculty and staff,

Knowing the percentage of our campus communities that have been vaccinated is essential to plan our return as we anticipate Gov. Gavin Newsom’s June 15 update on COVID-19 protocols.

If you have been fully vaccinated somewhere other than one of Pacific’s vaccination clinics and have not yet provided us your information, this is a reminder of the requirement to upload a scan or image of your completed vaccination card to our secure portal by 5 p.m. today. If you have been fully vaccinated at one of Pacific’s COVID-19 vaccination clinics on the Stockton and San Francisco campuses, we already have your vaccine information, you do not need to do anything at this time.

You are uploading your information to a secure portal with appropriate safeguards to protect the privacy of protected health information, and limits and conditions on the uses and access of such information.

If you have not yet been vaccinated, we encourage you to do so for your health and the health of our community. Pacific’s next clinic is tomorrow, June 12 on the Stockton Campus.

The more our community is vaccinated, the more we can return to a vibrant campus with the full range of activities and services that are essential to our students’ success.

Please visit the EmployeeStudent and Safety Plan tabs on our COVID-19 website for the latest information or email questions to the COVID-19 Council at COVID-19_information@pacific.edu.

Sincerely,

Maria Pallavicini, PhD
Provost and Executive Vice President of Academic Affairs
Chair, COVID-19 Council
