Academic Division

Jeffrey Atad has been hired as the full-time transfer, veteran and military-affiliated academic adviser in Thriving Tigers Undergraduate Student Success.

Stephanie Buenrostro is a new administrative assistant II in Summer Sessions.

Adria Frazier is a new research assistant in the Department of Biomedical Sciences in the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.

Anastasia Ingleton is the new director of academic advising and the Student Success Center in Thriving Tigers Undergraduate Student Success.

Patrick Wolak was promoted to director of graduate studies in the Graduate School.  

Business and Finance

Jesus Duran was promoted to university financial analyst in the Office of the Controller.  

Enrollment Management

Emilia Briceno Lopez was promoted to assistant director of graduate admission and records processing supervisor in the Office of Enrollment.  

Development and Alumni Relations

Kristen Meierhoff is the new executive director of Advancement Services.  

President's Division

Andres Ochoa Baeza is a new assistant coach for men's soccer in Athletics.

Sydney Shelton was promoted to director of athletic facilities and event operations manager in Athletics.  

Student Life

Allison DumasAllison Dumas, the director of the Community Involvement Program (CIP) has agreed to serve as the interim associate vice president for Student Life. The appointment is effective through June 30, 2019. In this role, Dumas will be responsible for the oversight of Student Activities, Leadership Programs and Initiatives, Greek Life, Educational Equity Programs (SUCCESS, Upward Bound and Promise Scholars), the Community Involvement Program, the DeRosa University Center, the Center for Community Involvement, Conference Services and Student Life Technology. She will also serve on several university and Student Life Division committees.
