Dear Sacramento Campus students and employees,

The Sacramento County Department of Public Health is recommending all vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals wear face coverings while indoors due to a surge in COVID-19 cases and low vaccination rates.

Following the county’s recommendation, Pacific will now require everyone on the Sacramento Campus to wear a mask while indoors.

We will update the Sacramento Campus policies based on any changes from the Sacramento County Department of Public Health following the August 16th deadline to submit your vaccination status to the University of the Pacific Health Portal.

We encourage our students and employees to be fully vaccinated for the health and safety of our community. Information on vaccine clinics and related topics is available on our COVID-19 website.
