Leadership for Women

Take the Lead

Presented by Eberhardt School of Business, this Leadership Summer Camp will address topics in business and leadership development for young women. Participants in this two-week program will develop skills and qualities to build leadership potential in the business world to be at the forefront of tomorrow’s workforce. Young women who are curious, passionate and ready-to-learn will take a significant step into the business world at one of the best business schools in the country.

Curriculum

The Women in Leadership program is a multi-session program filled with team-building activities, seminars with faculty and professionals, leadership development workshops and collegiate and alumni connections. Case studies will be used to frame discussion and learning.

Margaret Roberts

Margaret Roberts

Margaret Roberts will serve as the primary contact and facilitate program delivery with support from campus leaders, alumni and employer partners. Roberts earned her EdD in educational and organizational leadership from Pacific’s Benerd College. Previously the director of the Eberhardt School’s Career Management Center, she is currently the director of talent engagement and development for the university. Roberts has spent the past 30 years preparing individuals to realize their professional potential and holds multiple career coaching certifications.
