Edward Larimer

Edward A. Larimer ’69, BS, earned his bachelor of science degree in pharmacy from University of the Pacific in 1969. Larimer currently serves as the CEO and president of the Alpha Psi Education, Scholarship and Leadership Foundation. A registered pharmacist in the state of California for 45 years, his career has included 11 years with Target—serving eight years as pharmacy manager—seven years with Rite Aid as pharmacy manager, two years at Payless Drugs Northwest and 25 years as an owner of Manteca Drugs. Actively involved in his community, he has served as president of the San Joaquin Pharmacists Association, board member of the Forty Niner Council of the Boy Scouts of America and, for 15 years, camp chairman of the San Joaquin County 4-H. In 2016, he was inducted into the City of Manteca Hall of Fame and the San Joaquin Pharmacists Association Hall of Fame. Larimer was also named Pharmacist of the Year by Thrifty Payless in 1995.
