Master Class with Cellist Zlatomir Fung
In collaboration with the Sacramento Philharmonic, the Conservatory of Music presents a master class featuring guest cellist Zlatomir Fung. Fung is the first American in four decades (and youngest musician ever) to win First Prize at the International Tchaikovsky Competition Cello Division. He has since garnered accolades, critical acclaim and standing ovations at performances around the world.The conservatory artists who will perform during the program are students Benedict Ventura and Nicholas Trobaugh as well as Professor Sabine Klein.This master class is free to observe and open to the public.
