Dr. David Mueller holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Missouri. His research spans semiconductor devices, optical electronics, photovoltaics, and renewable energy, with a focus on using computational intelligence and data-driven optimization to enhance solar technologies.
