Pacific Summer High School Institute

The Pacific Summer High School Institute is a two-week residential pre-college summer program designed for curious high school students to live, learn and grow at one of America’s top universities. During the two-week program, summer institute students will become immersed in cutting-edge topics and issues through learning environments focused on real-world, hands-on experiences in our labs, studios, fields and makerspaces.

For eligible Ceres Unified School District students, the Pacific Summer High School Institute tuition is 100% sponsored by the school district and registration is free for the families, as outlined below.

Once your eligibility is verified, your parents receive email notification that you can go ahead and register.

Step 3: You can register into the program of your choice on the main Pacific Summer High School Institute enrollment portal. First, your parents need to create a family account and then register you into one of the Summer Institute programs. Make sure to select the Ceres USD Sponsored tuition option and put your school ID into the registration code on the check-out page. Please do not select the “Full Price” tuition as then your registration would be cancelled and you would have to register again.
