Pacific students have the opportunity to engage directly with professionals from the San Francisco 49ers across areas including marketing, design, operations, community impact and more. These experiences extend beyond traditional classroom learning through guest lectures, panel discussions and collaborative projects that bring students into real-time problem solving and industry thinking. Students gain direct exposure to how strategy, creativity and leadership come together inside a major sports organization, seeing how academic concepts are applied across a range of professional roles.

Noah Hammerman, Manager of Design for the San Francisco 49ers, visited Professor Bidisha Burman’s Marketing Research class. Noah helps lead the creative team responsible for the 49ers’ digital ads, motion graphics, posters, social media content and more. He spoke with students about building creative trust within a large organization and strategies for engaging a massive fan base.

Commitment to Community

Christina Jefferson, senior director of inclusion and culture for the San Francisco 49ers, participated in a panel discussion about corporate responsibility and community impact for Pacific’s College Corps students. The panel also featured Dr. Mohamed (Moe) Jalloh, director of health equity at Partnership HealthPlan of California, and Jean Callahan, retired human resources executive and Pacific’s First Lady. Jefferson highlighted the role the 49ers organization plays in advancing community impact, emphasizing what it means for companies to actively serve their communities and create lasting impact beyond the field.
