Community Outreach
Together, Pacific and the San Francisco 49ers support a mix of community-centered events including fan gatherings, local activations and regional initiatives that strengthen connections across the Bay Area and Central Valley. The partnership also advances youth-focused outreach programs that deliver hands-on experiences that foster long-term personal and academic success
As part of the partnership, Pacific and the San Francisco 49ers will create opportunities for students, alumni and community members to come together through viewing parties and other fan-focused events. These shared experiences foster a sense of regional pride, and serve as meaningful touch points that build connections that extend beyond game day.
The San Francisco 49ers Foundation participated in Pacific’s annual Math Steeplechase, a longstanding STEM event that serves nearly 1,000 fifth-grade students from across the region. Foundation staff introduced students to scientific concepts through the lens of football, creating an engaging experience that connected classroom learning with the sport.
