Move-In Instructions
- Before arriving to campus, make sure that you have no unfilled forms on pacific.jumbula.com
- After signing in to jumbula, go to Menu / Home for a list of unfilled forms.
- Check in at the DeRosa University Center Ballroom
- Bring your school ID or another form of ID to check-in
NOTE: Once on campus, institute students cannot leave campus on their own. See more about signing out below.
Parking & Unloading
For check-in at the DeRosa University Center Ballroom, park in Lots 6, 7, or 19 according as shown on the map.
The unloading zone will be in the parking lot closest to your residence hall. You will receive parking/unloading instructions when you check in. After unloading, if your parents are staying move your vehicle to any designated parking spot on campus.
Signing Out to Go Off Campus
Students cannot leave campus on their own. They have to be signed out and back in by an authorized adult family member (government ID required) at the DeRosa University Center front desk.

Monday – Sunday: 7 a.m. – 10:30 p.m.
Move-Out Instructions for Students
- Check out anytime from 7 – 9 a.m. at the DeRosa University Center Ballroom.
- Remove all belongings from your room and common areas, including trash.
- Lock and close the room door and take your belongings to the DeRosa University Center Ballroom.
- Return the key to the Residential Life and Housing staff at the DeRosa University Center Ballroom.
- When you are done with check-out, please go to your academic program, which start at the normal time of 9 a.m. on June 13 (Session 1) or June 28 (Session 2).
- Parents: plan to meet your students at the program presentations at 3 p.m.
