2019 Camp Tuition and Fees

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required and applied towards the full cost when registering online.  If the deposit is paid by the date listed below, a $25 discount is included.  If the deposit is paid AFTER the date listed below, a $25 fee is added to the cost.

A resident camper stays overnight in the dorms. A commuter camper attends during the daytime only. Breaksfast, lunch and dinner is provided for resident campers.  Lunch and dinner is provided for commuters.   Meal costs are included in the tuition listed below.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Full tuition must be paid by 5 pm (PST) on the date listed above.

REFUND POLICY UP UNTIL 5 pm (PST) on the full tuition due date: 
Any cost paid over the $100 non-refundable deposit will be returned. Piano students not admitted to the Piano Camp will receive a full refund.

REFUND POLICY AFTER 5 pm (PST) on the full tuition due date:
$300 is non-refundable. A partial refund (minus $300) will be given for all notifications after 5pm (PST) on the date listed above for your camp or if a student leaves camp due to illness. No refund is given if a student is expelled or voluntarily leaves. All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Notification can be submitted by email, fax or U.S. mail. Refunds can take up to 2 weeks for processing.
