The University of the Pacific's Bachelor of Science in Accounting is a 128-hour, four-year program designed to prepare students for diverse accounting careers and CPA licensure through comprehensive study of all functional accounting areas and essential business skills.

The applied mathematics major is designed for students who are interested in applying their mathematics skills to problems in the real world, for example, in engineering. Our students graduate with a passion for mathematics and learning and are able to apply the problem-solving skills learned in the classroom to the world around them.

The minor in Applied Mathematics was developed to provide training in mathematical techniques and computational methods.

The data science minor provides you with tools to understand the foundations of data—how it is managed and how to uncover insights from raw information. Data science is recognized as one of the best jobs in America.

Pacific’s engineering physics degree program will prepare students for success in all technical fields, including AI and machine learning, and culminates in a senior design project applying engineering fundamentals to real-world problems, all while working alongside faculty advisers to personalize study plans aligning with individual academic and career goals.

This major (choral or instrumental) offers an academically challenging, performance-based core curriculum allowing you to obtain a degree and California teaching credential within four years. You will develop real-life teaching skills and expand your musicianship.

Music Industry Studies degree at University of the Pacific merges practice and theory along with intensive, hands-on training and internships to succeed in the fast-paced environment of the 21st century music industry.

The Music Management degree at University of the Pacific prepares students for a wide variety of music careers where knowledge and understanding of music performance, repertoire, styles and history are valuable assets.

The Bachelor of Music in Musical Theatre at University of the Pacific emphasizes singing in musical theatre settings and development of acting, dancing and stage movement skills. You will learn about vocal health and prepare to enter careers in musical theatre and related professions. You will gain experience by performing in full productions, cabaret events, musical theatre recitals, showcases and in our diverse ensemble offerings, including choral, vocal jazz and jazz combo collaborations.

Pacific's theatre arts minor program features training in on-stage and backstage aspects of theatre, as well as performance and design courses for on-camera work. You can take courses from acting for stage and screen, to various design and tech (theater technology) courses, dramatic literature, theatre history and career management.
