Dariia Zhestovskaia is an Adjunct Professor of Law with extensive international legal experience. She specializes in guiding international students to master American legal writing and analysis, leveraging her expertise from a distinguished career in academia and legal work across multiple jurisdictions.
Dariia began her career in Russia, where she worked at a leading law firm and academic institution, conducting extensive research and publishing over 20 academic papers on topics such as contract law, civil procedure, and partnership law. Her achievements earned her a scholarship at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative and International Private Law in Hamburg, Germany, where she focused on partnership law research and contributed her expertise at a Hamburg-based law firm.
At McGeorge School of Law, Dariia combines her international experience with her passion for teaching, helping students from diverse legal backgrounds excel in American legal standards, including the IRAC method, legal citations, and research.
