Elizabeth Phillips

Elizabeth Phillips, DHSc, PA-C, completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies through the Samuel Merritt PA program in 2016, and her Doctor of Health Science through University of the Pacific in 2024. PA Phillips started her health career as an EMT, and as a PA, her passion for emergent care has continued. She previously spent 8 years working in the emergency department of a county hospital and, since last year, has been working clinically with the Mobile Integrated Health unit within a local fire department. In 2018, she began precepting PA students and found a new passion for teaching. She first joined Pacific in 2021 as an adjunct faculty member and has been a full-time faculty member since 2022.

PA Phillips and her family moved to the greater Sacramento area in 2020 and enjoy access to the area's beautiful trails. In her spare time, she also enjoys crafting and baking.
