Kaitlyn Alibrando, DHSc, PA-C earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2015 and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies in 2017 from Philadelphia University, now known as the Thomas Jefferson University Physician Assistant Program. In 2025, she earned her Doctor of Health Science (DHSc) at University of the Pacific, with a focus on advancing her role in healthcare education.

Following graduation from PA school, she practiced clinically in both hospital-based and sleep medicine settings. These experiences allow her to care for patients across the lifespan and with complex, chronic conditions, shaping a preventative approach to care that emphasizes early intervention and patient education.

Dr. Alibrando developed a strong interest in physician assistant education shortly after graduating from PA school and became involved in teaching and educational activities early in her clinical career. This interest continued to grow alongside her clinical practice, ultimately leading her to transition into a full-time academic role in 2021. In 2024, she joined the University of the Pacific Physician Assistant Program as a faculty member. Her teaching interests include geriatrics and internal medicine disorders, and her scholarly work focuses on advancing student leadership development within PA education.

Outside of the University, Dr. Alibrando can probably be found in her garden, practicing yoga, reading a good book, or exploring national parks with her husband and their energetic pup.
