Paige Davidson
Paige Davidson is an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. She joined the full-time faculty in 2025. Davidson teaches Global Lawyering Skills and Evidence and will serve as Director of the Global Lawyering Skills Program beginning in the 2026–2027 academic year.
Davidson graduated from McGeorge School of Law as Valedictorian of the evening program in 2019. During law school, she competed on the Moot Court Honors Board and served as a writer and Primary Comment Editor for the Law Review. She also externed for several judges, the Sacramento County District Attorney’s Office, and the El Dorado County Office of County Counsel. Davidson was inducted into the Order of the Barristers and the Order of the Coif and received McGeorge’s Appellate Advocate of the Year Award in 2018 and the Outstanding Graduating Senior Award in 2019.
Following graduation, Davidson clerked for the Honorable Chief Judge Troy L. Nunley at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California for nearly six years. She taught Global Lawyering Skills as an adjunct professor during the 2023–2024 academic year and began teaching full-time at McGeorge during the 2025–2026 academic year as a Visiting Professor of Law. Davidson also serves as a faculty coach for McGeorge’s Moot Court team.
